Xiaomi continues to push its new Robot Vacuum 6 series in international markets, with further updates on its smart-home products integrating more intelligent robot machine and automated cleaning functions. The vacuum robot tailors its method of vacuuming and mopping according to what it detected.

The Robot Vacuum 6 Pro is a further emphasis by Xiaomi on deeper automatic cleaning. It has suction of up to 30 000Pa the use of a centrally located roller brush and two extending arms near the edges and corners, and a roller-mopping system to minimise dirt spill. Its dock can wash the mop with 85C hot water and also dry it with hot air at 50C.
Navigation is also a significant feature of the robot. The robot not only uses its own camera-based recognition system, but also uses its LiDAR to analyze and navigate around a room. This use of LiDAR can help identify furniture, avoid obstacles and make more efficient cleaning routes instead of sticking to the same areas.
Also, the homes with animals are tailored for more robotic operation. Through the Xiaomi Home application, the camera system can be used at home to check on pets, and the robot can identify food and other messes so that families can get on top of the day-to-day oopses without having to navigate the robot.
